1 By the present application, the applicant seeks a relief of condonation of delay of 64 days delay in preferring the said Appeal. On perusal of the application, paragraph nos.3 to 5 contain the justification for filing the Appeal beyond the period of limitation.
2 Perusal of the said grounds set out in the said application do make out a case of condoning the delay of 64 days. Resultantly, Civil Application No. 269 of 2020 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
3 Registry is directed to register the First Appeal and list the Appeal after two weeks.
