1.This is an application for restoration of the Writ Petition

by setting aside the order dated 16th August 2016 passed by the
Registrar by which the registration of the petition was refused on
account of the non removal of the office objections. The learned
counsel for the applicants submits that he will remove the office
objections within a period of two weeks. Statement so made is
accepted.

2.For the reasons mentioned in the application the same
is allowed subject to the applicant depositing costs of Rs.10,000/-
with the Legal Services Committee within two weeks and further

subject to the condition of the removal of the office objection within
the same period. It is made clear that the deposit of the costs and

the removal of the office objections is condition precedent to the
impugned order being set aside.

3.On deposit of the costs and on the removal of the office
objections the office shall register the Writ Petition. The Civil
Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
