benefit of the said scheme.

this Appeal.

3.Central Excise Appeal (St.) No.28722 of 2018
stands disposed of, as withdrawn.

4.Since the Appeal is disposed of, pending Civil
Application Nos.6 of 2019 and 7 of 2019 do not survive.
Hence, those applications stand disposed of accordingly.
