Heard Mr Dixit, learned Counsel for the petitioners.

Mr. Dixit, learned Counsel for the petitioners, on receiving written instructions from the petitioners vide communications dated 1^st October, 2019 (W.P No.9122/2019), 26^th September, 2019 (W.P. No. 9167/2019), 30^th September, 2019 (W.P. No.9203/2019) and 27^th September, 2019 (W.P. No.9322/19) prays for withdrawal of the petitions. Communications received from petitioners are taken on record and marked ‘X’ for identification.
