there is no requirement to place the matter before the Court. The order dated 8 March 2019 requires the Education Officer to ensure that the Management complies with the relief granted to the petitioner and if it fails, to attach movable and immovable properties of the Management. No further orders are required. If the order dated 10 December 2018 is not complied with, the petitioner can avail remedy under the contempt jurisdiction.
