Committee in the year 2015, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition at the admission stage itself, by directing the respondent Scrutiny Committee to decide the appeal as early as possible and not later than three months from today.

Needless to state that, the appeal be decided on its merits and the petitioner to extend co-operation to the Scrutiny Committee in early decision of the appeal within the stipulated period as directed by this Court.

As the direction to the Scrutiny Committee would only meet the ends of justice and would not cause prejudice to the respondent Scrutiny Committee, the petition is disposed of with the above-referred directions.
