. The petition is filed on the premise of non-compliance
of the order of this Court dated 15.02.2019 passed in Writ Petition
No. 8407 of 2018. Perusal of the order dated 15.02.2019 shows
that Zilla Parishad and its Authorities i.e. respondent Nos.3 to 5 made a statement before this Court that representation of the petitioner would be decided in accordance with law. The statement was accepted by this Court and the Writ Petition was disposed of. It seems that the copy of the petition was supplied to the learned Counsel representing the Zilla Parishad.

Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar placed on record a communication dated 18.09.2019 issued through Chief Executive Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Parner.
