.The petition claims the relief under
Husband-Wife Unification scheme in the matter of
transfer of employees of Zilla Parishad. According to
the petitioners, the provisions of the Government
Resolutions and Circulars applicable, have not been
considered.
2.On 14.10.2019, we passed a common order
disposing of Writ Petition No. 6436 of 2019 and other
connected matters on the basis of the statement made
on behalf of the Divisional Commissioner that such
matters can be dealt with by him and the appropriate
order can be passed redressing the grievances of the
parties, arising out of the transfer from one place to
another.

3.The petitioners shall, therefore, be at
liberty to approach the Divisional Commissioner with
such grievance and the Divisional Commissioner can
decide the same within a period of three months from
the date of its filing.
4.The petition stands disposed of. All
questions are left open.
