amicably settled, in view of the order passed in Contempt Petition
No.43/2017, learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave of
this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to
re-agitate the issue in terms of prayer Clause-B, if occasion arises.

Leave with liberty, as prayed for, is granted. The writ
petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
All pending civil applications are disposed of
accordingly.
