order of this Court passed on 10.10.2019. The

determined by the respondent-Bank vide pursis “X”.
This amount has been received by the Bank as seen
from the original receipt dated 15.10.2019, which
is marked “Y-1” for identification, enclosed with the
Pursis “Y”.
Both the petitioners are personally present in
the Court and they are identified by their counsel.
They confirm correctness of the pursis.
Learned counsel for the respondent, on
instructions, confirms that the amount determined

by the Bank as recoverable from the petitioners, has
been received by the respondent-Bank.
Respondent-Bank shall issue no due
certificate to the petitioners, release its charge on
the colateral security and return original
documents to the petitioners within a periof of two
weeks from today.

costs.
