.Petitioner No.1 is present with his advocate on behalf of
petitioners. Respondent No.2/Complainant is present with her advocate.
2.Parties have already decided to put an end to marriage and for
that purpose proceedings under section 13(B) of Hindu Marriage Act are
filed by them in the Family Court at Bandra vide Petition No.F-3024/2018.
3.We have questioned Respondent No.2 and she accepts that
settlement. She has also given separate affidavit before this Court on same
lines on 19/6/2019.
4.In view of this development and joint request we make Rule
absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
