State Minister for Revenue had passed an order on 09.04.2018 setting aside order of the Additional Commissioner allowing the petitioner to excavate and transport 6027 brass sand from his land gut No. 434. The Collector Nanded had filed review before the Hon'ble Minister for State of the said order. The review is dismissed and the Collector is directed to implement the order within two weeks and submit the report to the Minister.
