. Mr. Godhamgaonkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is entitled for the amount of sugarcane harvested from his land. The petitioner has given application on 26.12.2018, still the payment is not made to the petitioner. According to the learned counsel the decree of the Civil Court is in favour of the present petitioner. Said aspect is also not considered.
