2] The next contention of the Petitioner is after the incident

when the minor victim reported to Police station in torn clothes in injured condition and narrated the complete incident and

disclosed that she was minor, deliberately incorrect version that age as 19 years came to be recorded. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that false case then brought into existence.

3] Learned APP disputes this. She contends that age as disclosed and the facts as narrated have been looked into by Respondent Nos.5 and 6.

4] Learned counsel for the Petitioner also is relying upon registration of fabricated case against the mother of the Petitioner to substantiate prayer clause (b).

5] It is apparent that some disputed questions arise. The Petitioner has sought relief of initiation of legal action against Respondent Nos. 5 and 6. We, therefore, direct Respondent No.3-Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-IX, Bandra to look into the grievance of the Petitioner.

6] We direct the mother of the Petitioner to appear before Respondent No.3 Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-IX,

Bandra on 16^th December, 2019 at 11.00 a.m. with necessary documents. Respondent No.3 shall then extend her an opportunity of hearing. Thereafter, suitable decision on her grievance against Respondent nos.5 and 6 be shall be taken in next eight weeks.

With these directions and keeping all contentions open, we dispose of the Petition.
