These notices of motion have been taken out essentially making a grievance about the non-compliance of the directions/ undertakings recorded in the order dated 13^th February 2018 in the disposed of petitions. Mr.Indraneel Roy, partner of the fifth respondent has filed undertakings-cum-affidavits in these notices of motion wherein

he has given an undertaking to complete the construction of transit camp tenements at site and hand over possession of the same to the petitioners in writ petitions within six weeks from today. Further undertaking is given not to seek extension of time. As the fifth respondent has undertaken to place the petitioners in possession of transit camp tenements within a period of six weeks from today, it is not necessary to grant any relief in these notices of motion. Accordingly, we dispose of these notices of motion by passing the following order:

O R D E R

(i) The undertakings of the fifth respondent incorporated in paragraphs-1 and 2 of the affidavits tendered on record today and marked as “U-1” for identification are accepted;

(ii) In view of the undertakings, the period provided in the orders passed in the writ petitions for handing over possession of the transit camp tenements is extended by a period of six weeks from today. We make it clear that if any breach is committed by the fifth respondent of the undertakings which are accepted by this order, it would be an aggravated contempt;

(iii) Notices of motion are disposed of.
