Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

In response to the notice issued to respondent Nos.3 to 6, respondent No.6 – Shri. Baliram Ganpati Choure, Principal, District Education and Training Center, Murud, Tal. and Dist. Latur is personally present in this Court and is being represented through Mrs. Deshpande, learned Counsel.

Mrs. Deshpande, learned Counsel placed on record a communcation dated 11^th November, 2019, submitted to respondent

No.3 – Accountant General, wherein it is stated that under the orders of the Accountant General, the salary benefits in consonance with the recommendation of Sixth Pay Commission are gratned in favour of the present petitioner Shri Mahadeo Bhagwan Khandekar, who is bearing his PPO No.233533 and stood retired on 31^st March, 2006. A further request is made to respondent No.3 - Accountant General to take appropriate steps so as to grant revised pension to the petitioner.

Interestingly enough, the office of the Accountant General forwarded a communcation to respondent No.6 on 11^th March, 2019 to submit the necessary papers and it seems that a reminder was also forwarded to respondent No.6 vide communcation dated 9^th November, 2019, as the same is referred to being a reference in the communcation dated 11^th November, 2019.

In view of aforesaid facts, we hope and trust that respondent No.3 now would take appropriate steps and pass approprate orders as expedititously as possible and not later than two weeks from today.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of.

Authenticated copy of this order be supplied to Mrs. Deshpande, learned Counsel for respondent No.6 and to learned Asstt. Government Pleader, today itself.
