1. Heard the counsel. I fail to understand why Chamber order
is listed before this Court. Ms.Rao for applicant states it was
mentioned to the Court and the Court granted circulation. Chamber
orders to be heard by the Prothonotary & Senior Master, High Court,
Bombay. At the same time, considering the nature of reliefs sought
and for reasons mentioned in the affidavit-in-support, I am directing
the registry to restore the Notice of Motion (L) No.54 of 2019. All
office objections shall be removed within one week from today failing

which Notice of Motion will get dismissed without further reference to
the Court with no chance of being restored. No application for
extension of time will also be entertained.
