This application is filed for restoration of
Public Interest Litigation No.95 of 2014 recalling the
order dated 03.04.2018. We have carefully perused the
said order. In that order, observations are made on
merits and it is not a case of simplicitor dismissal of
the matter for want of prosecution.

2.In that view of the matter, this application
cannot be entertained. However, it will be open for
the petitioner to file an application for review of
the said order, if permissible in law.
3.With the above observations, the application
stands disposed of.
