ORAL ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the applicants.
2.This is an application seeking condonation of
delay of 210 days, caused in filing an application,
seeking review of the order of this Court dated 23rd
October, 2018. Bare perusal of the application would
show that with certain passing references of order an
attempt is made to submit that the delay be condoned.
Paragraph 3 of the application, at the most, can be
said to be the statement providing explanation of delay

and this application is nothing but a lame excuse on
the backdrop of the fact that the applicants were
well aware of the order of this Court, within the
span of a month, to state precisely that the order
of this Court is passed on 23.10.2018 and in the
month of November, 2018 applicants have gone through
the judgment and order and the application is filed
seeking condonation of delay of 210 days as is
reflected from a perusal of paragraph no. 3 of the
appliction. In our opinion there is absolutely no
explanation to the delay caused in filing the
application muchless any bonafide reasons being
reflected in the application. On this count itself,
application deserves to be rejected and the same is
accordingly rejected.
