them that as to why they were asking him to leave the premises. According to the Complainant, he tried to explain to the Applicant that the working time was over and the doors have to be closed. It is alleged that the Applicant threatened the Complainant by asking “whether he was Dada” and that if he would remove him, he will have to face the consequences. It is further alleged by the Complainant that after some time, the Applicant came to the spot and threw tile cleaning acid on the Complainant's face, when the Complainant was sleeping, resulting in the Complainant sustaining grievous injuries to his eyes, as the acid spread in his eyes.
