circumstances are there for warranting entertainment of the instant application. However, the learned counsel for the applicant/accused has rightly submitted that the applicant/accused is behind bars since long and the trial may be expedited.
3 In this view of the matter, the learned trial court is requested to expedite the trial and dispose it off within a period of
one year from the date of communication of this order to it.
The application is, accordingly, disposed off.
