seeking modification of the order passed by this Court on 25.01.2019. The applicant had filed Criminal Writ Petition and this Court by order dated 25.01.2019 allowed the said Writ Petition by quashing the FIR by consent. While disposing of the Criminal Writ petition it is directed the applicants to deposit an amount of cost of Rs.50,000/- with the Juvenile Justice Fund.

approached, the said Juvenile Justice Fund, for depositing the said amount, it was noted that there are no bank account details of the said fund and therefore, they were unable to deposit the said amount. In light of these facts and circumstances, the applicants have deposited the said amount in the account of the State Bank of India in the name of Juvenile Justice Board on 12.03.2019. The applicants have placed on record a receipt issued by the State Bank of India reflecting the deposit of amount in the account of Deputy Commissioner, Child Development and Membership MS Child Fund. Since the said amount is already deposited in terms of the directions passed by this Court, the Criminal Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).
