1 This Court (Coram: A.M. Badar, J.) by an order dated
13th June 2018 had admitted the appeal and granted stay in terms of prayer clause (e).
2 Learned APP submits that prayer clause (e) included all
the properties which were subject matter of MPID Case No. 2 of 2004
pending before the learned Sessions Court, Thane (MPID Court).

3 By an order dated 27th August 2018, the Hon'ble Shri. Justice A.M. Badar had clarified that the stay granted vide order dated 13th June 2018 was restricted to the properties mentioned in the subject application. The said properties were specified as properties comprising of Room Nos. 101 and 106 in Sai Krupa Apartment, Shivaji Nagar, Thane (West). It was further clarified that these were the only properties which were subject matters of the criminal appeal. By inference, it can be said that all rest of the properties were excluded. Hence, no further clarification or modification would be necessary. The application stands disposed of.
