approach before the 47th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Esplanade, Mumbai so as to show the compliance of the order passed by this Court (Coram : Mrs. Mridula Bhatkar, J.) dated 08th February 2019 referred herein above and in particular paragraph no. 6 thereof. So far as prayer to expedite the Trial is concern, it is informed by the counsel appearing for the applicant and learned APP that yet the charge is not framed by the said Court. In that view of the matter trial Court shall endavour to frame the charge at the earliest. The applicant shall extend full cooperation by attending the proceedings so as to expedite the process of framing of the charge. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant assures this Court that even the other co-accused will extend full co-operation to the Trial Court so as to expedite the process of framing of the charge. The Concern Court to frame the charge as expeditiously as possible however, preferably within 3 months from today. The Trial Court shall expedite the Trial and take it to the logical end at the earliest.
