reason, nothing material is noted, thus it is found that no custodial
interrogation of applicant is required. In the circumstances as
investigation is at the fag end as mentioned aforesaid, following order is passed.
ORDER
a) In the event of arrest of applicant in CR No.98/2018 registered with MIDC Sinnar Police Station, District Nashik, applicant shall be released on bail on his executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/with one surety in the like amount.
b) Applicant shall attend Investigating OfÏcer for a period of one week from 10.5.2019 between 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and shall co-
operate with Investigating ofÏcer.
