others in Writ Petition no. 8985 of 2011 and the said order has attained the finality as the SLP filed against it by the State

Government has been dismissed.
2 In the circumstances, this petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in the case of Savitribai Narsayya Guddapa [supra]. The directions contained in the order shall apply to this case also.
3 In view of the disposal of the writ petition, civil application is also stands disposed of.
