The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition with further liberty to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
It is, however, clarified that in the event if there is a delay in approaching the learned Tribunal, the learned Tribunal shall take into consideration the period spent in prosecuting the present petition, for grant of benefit under Section 14 of the Limitation Act.
