1] On 16th March 2018, learned counsel for the Petitioners had sought time to take requisite instructions from the Petitioners to file “Affidavit-cum-undertaking”, if the Petitioners are ready to do so. 2] Today, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that, he has taken requisite instructions from the Petitioners and according to those instructions, the Petitioners are not ready to file the “Affidavitcum-undertaking”.
3] In view thereof, there remains nothing to be decided and this Writ Petition is disposed of as per order dated 16th March, 2018.
