1.The petitioner challenges the order of
invalidation of his tribe claim dated 31.12.2004.
The petitioner had filed writ petition bearing no.
1661 of 2002 in which he had challenged the
invalidation dated 31.01.2002. The said writ
petition is finally disposed of under order dated
19.06.2015.
2.We fail to understand how there can be two
invalidation orders of invalidating the tribe
claim.

3.However, in Writ Petition No. 1661 of 2002
the petitioner made a statement that he is not
interested in prosecuting the claim of 'Koli
Mahadev', Scheduled Tribe. The Court granted
service protection to the petitioner in Writ
Petition no. 1661 of 2002.
4.Considering the statement made in the earlier
writ petition, in fact nothing would survive in
the present writ petition. In view of that, writ
petition is disposed of. Rule discharged. No
costs.
