Mr. Milind More, learned counsel for the Respondent– SRA, on instructions makes a statement that the High Power Committee is now substituted by the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee [for short “the AGRC”] and the Petitioner's said application bearing No. 238 of 2013 would be decided by the said AGRC as

expeditiously as possible. Statement accepted.

In the light of above, we dispose of this writ petition by directing AGRC to dispose of the Petitioner's application bearing No. 238 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter. All points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open.
