1] The limited relief sought by the Petitioner is for direction to Respondent No.2 to give opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner before taking any decision on the order/notice dated 6 July 2015 impugned in the petition.
2] Learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 submitted that as a matter of fact, the Petitioner has challenged the show cause notice dated 6 July 2015. He submitted that Respondent No.2 would take appropriate decision after giving an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner.
3] In that view of the matter, we asked the learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 as to on what date Respondent No.2 would be able to hear the Petitioner. Mr. Bansode, learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 on
