2 Mr Salunkhe, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of paragraph 5 of the affidavit-in-reply filed by the State dated 2nd July, 2018, he is not pressing the present Writ Petition. Paragraph 5 reads thus:
“(5) I say that the Competent Authority has not passed any effective order for payment or referring the matter to the Court as the suit is already pending. I say that compensation amount will be disbursed after ownership issue will be decided by the Civil Court.”
