4]Learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner on instructions of the petitioner
submits that, the petitioner has deposited
Rs.1,00,000/- [Rs.One lac] in this registry, and
out of the said amount, 50% amount be given to the
Government Child Care / Shelter Home, Government
of Maharashtra, Paithan, Tahsil Paithan, District
Aurangabad, and remaining 50% amount be refunded
to the petitioner. Since the petitioner himself
has volunteered to give 50% amount in favour of
the Government Child Care / Shelter Home,
Government of Maharashtra, Paithan, Tahsil
Paithan, District Aurangabad for the welfare of
the girls staying there, we have no hesitation to
direct the registry to divert / give 50% amount in
favour of the Government Child Care / Shelter
Home, Government of Maharashtra, Paithan, Tahsil
Paithan, District Aurangabad and remaining 50%
amount be refunded to the petitioner. Accordingly,
we direct the registry to pay / give 50% amount to
the Government Child Care / Shelter Home,
Government of Maharashtra, Paithan, Tahsil
Paithan, District Aurangabad from the total amount
