In the reply affidavit statement is made that compensation amount of Rs.7,41,333/- is paid to the petitioner on 13-10-2017. Copy of the receipt given by Gulab Pawar is also produced. In view of these circumstances, nothing survives in the matter. The proceeding stands disposed of.
