1 The above Civil Application has been filed for seeking expeditious hearing of the above Writ Petition. An identical application was filed earlier which was rejected by a Division Bench of this Court by order dated 6-102017. We have no reason to differ with the reasons mentioned by the Division Bench in its Order. The Petitioner is superannuating in the year 2021. The Petitioner would be at liberty to renew his application in January 2019.
