By this civil application, the applicants seek a direction against the respondents to mutate the names of the petitioners and the transferees of the petitioners.
It is stated on behalf of the non-applicants that the prayer made in the application is the substantive prayer made by the petitioners in the writ petition. It is stated that since this Court had not granted any interim relief while admitting the writ petition on 18.01.2018, the prayer made in the civil application needs to be rejected.
We uphold the objection raised on behalf of the nonapplicants/respondents and reject the prayers made in the civil application.
The civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
