1 By way of the above Application, the Petitioner seeks to raise the issue of jurisdiction of the learned Magistrate to entertain the complaint inter alia on the grounds mentioned in the above Application. The complaint has been filed under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act long back in the year 2006. It is therefore not possible for us to entertain the said contention of the Applicants in the above Application. It would be open for the Applicants to raise such contentions as raised in the above Application at the appropriate stage before the trial Court. With the directions as aforesaid, the above Criminal Application is disposed of. Needless to state that the contentions of the Applicants have not been dealt with by this Court and it is before the appropriate Court that the contentions can be urged and it is for the said Court to deal with the said contentions.
