Mr.Rajguru, counsel for plaintiffs states that he has no instructions and he also does not have the papers with him because the suit is of the year 1986.
2. As last chance, stand over to 7th September 2018 on which date if plaintiffs are unable to assist the Court in going on with the matter, the suit will be dismissed for want of prosecution”.
Liquidator on record. Suit stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
