3 Order in terms of the consent terms. The statements made by defendant no.1 and other defendants are accepted as undertakings to this Court. It is also made clear that plaintiff is at liberty to execute this consent terms with this order as a decree against defendants should there be a default on the part of defendants.
4 Suit accordingly stands disposed. Refund of court fees, if any, in accordance with rules. No order as to costs.
5 All interim orders stand vacated and will get substituted with the statements made in the consent terms. All interim applications pending also stand disposed.
