Heard Mr. Nagle, learned Counsel for the petitioner. He has tendered communication dated 17th July, 2017 addressed by the petitioner to Mr. P.V. Satam, Advocate on record. By that communication, petitioner has requested to the Advocate to withdraw the Petition as he has complied requirement of the Provident Fund Department. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
- In view thereof, Mr. Nagle seeks permission to withdraw the Petition. On the motion made by him, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as withdrawn. Order accordingly.
