Thereafter, the petition appeared on 23rd December, 2016, and several dates thereafter, the petitioner and his Advocate have not bothered to obtain any reliefs in terms of the prayers of this Writ Petition. Today also, though their names are correctly displayed, both of them are absent. The Writ Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
