- The Writ Petition is already disposed of on 21.12.2017 in terms of Consent Minutes of Order. The Respondent has filed a preceipe stating that the Registrar, DRAT has informed the Respondent to file an Application before the Chairperson, DRAT for payment of amount of Rs.30,00,000/- with accrued interest. We are informed that the Chairperson, DRAT is on leave until 12.04.2018 and the payments under this Consent Terms are required to be made by 31.03.2018.
- Clause 3 of the Consent Minutes of Order provides that the Registrar, DRAT, Mumbai shall pay to the Respondent-Bank the amount under fixed deposit of Rs.30,00,000/- with accrued interest. The Registrar, DRAT, Mumbai shall act in accordance with the Consent Terms without insisting on any Application being filed before the DRAT.
