Application seeks extension of three months time, learned AGP on instructions fairly states that the parties have been heard and only order remains to be passed and she seeks extension of only two weeks' time to pass appropriate order. We accede to the request of the learned AGP and extend the time for a period of two weeks from today to comply with the order dated 5 December 2017 and pass appropriate order.
