1]This petition was on Board on 20.4.2017 when none
appeared for the parties. Therefore, it has been kept
under the caption “for dismissal” today. Today also,
none appears for the petitioners.
2]Earlier also, the petition had been dismissed on
20.4.2012 and the same was called back consequent upon
the civil application being allowed on 31.10.2014.
3]In spite of above, the petitioners do not seem to be
interested in prosecuting this petition. Accordingly,
the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
