2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions,

states that the department has already taken a decision to

comply with the directions issued by the Central

Administrative Tribunal in relation to H.R.A. Learned counsel

for the petitioners further states that the H.R.A. is being

granted to the respondents and whatever H.R.A. has been recovered will be refunded to the respondents. She has stated that the process to refund the H.R.A. which was recovered has already started and many teachers have already been refunded the H.R.A. which was recovered from them. Thus, as far as the remaining respondents are concerned, the only direction which needs to be passed is

that the H.R.A. to be refunded back to them as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the above facts, the order of the tribunal is

upheld and Rule is discharged and the Writ Petitions are disposed of.
