the following terms:-

(i) The petitioners shall submit necessary documents in their possession before the respondent No.3. The respondent No.3 will, after hearing the petitioners as well as respondent Nos. 4 and 5, consider the claim of the petitioners in the light of observations made by the division bench of this Court in the group of writ petitions viz., Sanjay Sarangdhar Gaikwad Vs. State of Maharashtra & Ors. (W.P.No.12275 of 2016 decided on April 19, 2017 (Kemkar & Colabawalla, JJ) and pass appropriate orders in regard to the petitioners' claim as full time teachers/ shikshan sevaks.

(ii) The respondent No.3 shall decide the claim within two months from today;

(iii) If the respondent No.3 comes to the conclusion that the petitioners are entitled for absorption as full time teachers/ shikshan sevaks, the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 shall appoint such of the petitioners who are found eligible and submit a proposal for grant of approval for the said appointment to respondent No.3

(iv) This shall be done within a period of one month from the date of the decision of respondent No.3;

(v) After receipt of the proposal from respondent Nos. 4 and 5 for grant of approval, the respondent No.3 shall take necessary steps and pass appropriate orders with rega3rd to grant of approval

with regard to such of petitioners who are found eligible.

(vi) Rule is thus made absolute. No orders as to costs.
