seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to take recourse to alternate remedy available in law. Leave granted. The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
2 However, taking into consideration interim protection is
available for a period of more than one year, the same shall continue
to operate for a further period of two weeks from today.

3 We clarify that continuation of ad-interim protection
shall not be construed as it is being continued as finding on the merits of submission but it is continued only because co-ordinate bench of this Court has granted relief prior to one year.
4 As the Writ Petition itself is disposed of, nothing survives in the Civil Application therein and the same is also disposed of.
