January, 2017. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that though the police report has been received by the Authority his application for furlough has not yet been decided. It is further submitted that the marriage of the daughter of the Petitioner is scheduled on 20th April, 2017. Hence, only prayer of the Petitioner
is that his application for furlough be decided at the earliest.
