1 The petitioner has already raised a grievance relating to incurring of expenditure for development purposes out of the grants disbursed by the State Government. The petitioner has also objected to the communication dated Nil/01/2015, issued by the Collector, annexed at Exhibit-E, page 41. According to the petitioner, grievance raised by the Municipal Council has not been considered.

2 It would be open for the petitioner to pursue the matter with the Commissioner/Director of Municipal Administration. The Director of Municipal Administration shall consider the application tendered by petitioner and issue appropriate directions if deemed

necessary, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from today.
