for the respondents - State and its authorities, on

requested by the petitioner, has already been
recorded. Copy of the order passed by the authority
(Order) (2) W.P. No. 11543 of 2017 is taken on record and marked as "X" for
identification.
02.In that view of the matter, grievance raised
by the petitioner in the instant petition does not
survive. If the petitioner is not satisfied, as
regards, the orders passed by the revenue
authorities, it would be open for the petitioner to
take steps as permissible in law.
03.With the liberty, as aforesaid, the writ
petition is disposed of.
